Mountain Climbing

Going for mountain climbing again. This time, it will be the second highest peak in Japan, Mount Kitadake. Or the tallest non-volcanic Peak in Japan.

Said to provide one of the better views for Fuji San, and I do hope that the weather will hold fine for all of us. Past 2 weeks had been really good, clear blue skies and no rain... yet this week, it has been cloudy and rainy. Sigh.. Bad luck should i Say? But hope things go well..

Seen many blogs and reports saying that Mt Kitadake is much tougher to conquer than Fuji San although it is lower in terms of height. Many incident reports as well with people taking the wrong step and falling off the precipice. But hope we will be able to complete the climb to the peak without any casualties. ;) and man, pray hard its not FREEZING at the summit until it becomes impossible to stay up the night. I want my startrails photos and i want my sunrise with Fuji San looming behind. Been waiting for this.

Clear skies ahead! ;)
